  • Gallipoli Peninsula
    The Gallipoli peninsula is located in the southern part of East Thrace, the European part of Turkey, with the Aegean Sea to the west and the Dardanelles strait to the east.
  • Brighton Beach
    Swim at Brighton Beach, a favourite swimming spot for Anzac troops during the campaign. Today, this is the only officially sanctioned swimming spot on the peninsula.
  • Arı Burnu
    Visit Ari Burnu Cemetery located at the north end of the ANZAC Cove. It was used during the campaign by the Allied troops to lay their fallen soldiers to rest, the cemetery is predominantly Australian troops here.
  • Anzac Cove Cemeteries
    See the cemeteries in Anzac Cove; (Turkish: Anzak Koyu) is a small cove on the Gallipoli peninsula in Turkey. It became famous as the site of World War I landing of the ANZACs (Australian and New Zealand Army Corps) on 25 April 1915.
  • Pine Australian Cemetery
    Walk around Pine Australian Cemetery is a Commonwealth War Graves Commission cemetery dating from World War I in the former Anzac sector of the Gallipoli Peninsula, Turkey and the location of the Lone Pine Memorial, one of five memorials on the peninsula which commemorate servicemen of the former British Empire killed in the campaign but who have no known grave.
  • Tunnels and Trenches at Johnstons Jolly
    Examine Johnston's Jolly Cemetary, containing the remains of some of the Allied troops who died during the Battle of Gallipoli. Johnston's Jolly was the north end of Plateau 400 in the ANZAC sector which was captured by the 2nd Australian Infantry Brigade on 25 April 1915.
  • Nek Cemetery
    Wander around The Nek Cemetery, a small Commonwealth War Graves Commission cemetery located near Suvla Bay on the Gallipoli Peninsula in Turkey. The cemetery was constructed following the Armistice in 1919 on the site of the Battle of the Nek, at which time the ground was still covered with the remains of Australian 8th and 10th Light Horse troopers.

    Witness The Battle of Chunuk Bair (Turkish: Conk Bayırı Muharebesi), a World War I battle fought between the Ottoman defenders and troops of the British Empire over control of the peak in August 1915.
